Membership Information

Upon approval of your initial installment payment, you will receive an e-mail containing membership contract to sign via Adobe DocuSign. Please complete the required information highlighted and follow the prompts to return an e-mail with your final receipt. Your membership will be immediately activated and ready to utilize. BOOK ONLINE or call the spa at 248-686-1259 to schedule your first appointment. Your credit card will be charged the agreed upon fees according to your membership level.

Spa membership is a six-month commitment with auto-renew after the initial term ends. Some monthly members can not make their monthly appointment, The Avalon Day Spa gives members the option to roll over appointments to the next month so members can enjoy two services on the same day in one month.

Your spa membership will be billed on the 20^th of each month. This is done to allow time for your credit card payment to be processed and approved so you can have your credit available the first of the month.

Members can opt for the “paid in full” option and pay six or twelve months of membership in advance.

Please note: There are no refunds on membership purchases

**Birthday Coupon** must be used within birthday month, and can be used for services, retail items over $25.00 in value

Bliss Bucks are non-transferrable, cannot be shared or distributed and may only be redeemed at location and accrual. We reserve the right to make changed to these Terms and Conditions, audit your membership account, suspend or discontinue this rewards program at any time without advance notice. Bliss Bucks are not redeemable for cash or any other form of credit. Bliss Bucks will be deducted for any refunds issued.

Bliss Bucks may be redeemed for services (tax and tip included) upon your next visit to The Avalon Day Spa. Redemptions are subject to certain restrictions.
