The Avalon Day Spa uses holistic products that focus on the health of the nails and skin. Cuccio Naturalé is an Italian line sold in the United States and utilizes essential oils, fruits, and botanicals in their products offering professional-grade quality and performance.
Cuccio Naturalé products are sold in over 130 countries, with the signature offering being the body butter lotion line. This line features a specialized formula infused with time-released humectants that deliver hydration while maintaining a non-oily texture that absorbs swiftly without leaving any residue. Additionally, the body butter is enriched with a blend of natural ingredients, including plant-based prebiotics and stem cell extracts, ensuring a nourishing and repairing experience for the skin.
The Avalon Day Spa offers salt soaks, massage oils, body butters, cuticle oils and scrubs in Cuccio Naturalés three signature scents; Vanilla Bean & Sugar, Pomegranate & Fig and Milk & Honey.
HEMA Free & TPO Free Gel Products
The Avalon Day Spa uses two lines of gel; Apres is the creator of Gel-X Extensions and their line of gel polish is MMA, TPO and HEMA Free. We also use Valentino’s gel line, V Beauty Pure which is also MMA, TPO and HEMA Free.
The Avalon Day Spa will not provide soak-off services for nail enhancements applied elsewhere due to various reasons. Different nail products (like hard gel vs. soft gel, acrylic, dip powder, etc.) require different removal methods. Our service providers do not know what product was used on the your nails, and will not provide soak-off services due to the possible risk of damage to your nails. If you currently have gel, dip powder or acrylic, then please see your previous provider for a soak-off service prior to your appointment at The Avalon Day Spa.

Gel X Extensions – One Solid Color, 2 Hour Service Time
Gel X Extension Services include cuticle work, Gel X Extension application, gel polish application and top coat. To complete your experience, nourishing Cuccio cuticle oil and lotion are applied, leaving your hands beautifully hydrated and rejuvenated.

Gel X Extension Fill – $38.00
Service rebalances and rebuilds the nail after it has grown out. It involves filing down the existing extension, applying builder gel to fill the new growth, and then reshaping and polishing the nail.
The Avalon Day Spa provides Gel X Extension Tips in Round, Square, Almond, Coffin and Stiletto.
In addition to this, the spa offers these Gel X Extension lengths and styles in “Natural Curve” and “Sculpted Curve” What is the difference and why does it matter?
Sculpted Curve tips are distinguished by a higher apex and a deeper C curve.
Natural Curve tips have a less prominent C curve, designed to accommodate clients with a wider, flatter nail bed
This is important to make sure that when the nail service provider applies your Gel X Extensions, that they are applying the Gel X Extension flush with the nail bed. This ensures that no moisture seeps in-between the Gel X Extension and the natural nail bed, fostering possible fungus growth or cause the extension to pre-maturely lift. Be Well Green Tea and Aloe Paraffin Alternative Hand Treatment– Add 20 Minutes To Service Time $15.00 Add On To Classic Gel Manicure or Gel X Extension Services
An alternative to paraffin using unique plant-based emollients that leave the skin soft and hydrated without feeling greasy. The service includes a warmed green tea and aloe mixture which soothes and hydrates the skin, then continues with heated herbal mitts that soothe muscles and tendons. Hands are massaged and the paraffin is removed with warm barber towels before completing the rest of the nail service.
Cuccio Naturalé Dermal Wrap Hand Treatment– Add 20 Minutes To Service Time $15.00 Add On To Classic Gel Manicure or Gel X Extension Services
Designed for dry, dehydrated hands; this service includes a decadent layer of deep dermal transforming wrap which aids in the regeneration of skin cells, potentially reducing the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles as well as being deeply hydrating. Your hands are then put into heated mitts as the mask transforms absorbing deep into the dermal layer of the skin. This wrap is formulated with ingredients like milk, honey, grape seed extract, comfrey root, and green and white tea, which are known for their moisturizing and skin-nourishing properties. The wrap is removed with warm barber towels before completing the rest of the nail service.
Nail Art
Chrome Application Upgrade (all 10 nails) – $10.00
The spa has many chrome colors to choose from including mirror shine chrome. This chrome upgrade includes a special chrome bond base that keeps the chrome from fading over time, ensuring that the finish remains fresh as well as the chrome application of your choice.
Cat Eye Application Upgrade (all 10 nails)- $10.00
The spa has many cat eye colors to choose from. This cat eye application includes the artist working with the magnetic iron particles suspended in the polish to create effects. Choose from velvet, circle, gradient, slant, side and French styles.
French Tip Application Upgrade (all 10 nails)- $10.00
This upgrade includes French Tip application in regular gel polish or chrome.
Dried Flower or Glitter Encapsulation $5.00 per nail
This upgrade uses a special Apres Builder Gel to encapsulate dried flowers, leaves and ferns or glitter to your GelX tips.
Classic Nail Art- Starting off on an additional $5.00 per nail
Classic Nail Art is not as time consuming as advanced nail art, but still offers custom nail designs.
Advanced Nail Art- Starting off on an additional $15.00 per nail
Advanced Nail Art takes time, and includes modalities like 3D Hand Sculpted Flowers, Hand Painted Nail Art, and more.
Nail Charms- Nail Charms start at $1.00 for classic nail charms and $6.00 for deluxe nail charms.
