Designed to provide the user with fully immersive, sound-driven experiences. Vibroacoustic Therapy is a unique form of therapy that uses sound with different frequencies and vibrations inside of the lounger to restore health. In this service, you select the music which all contain different frequencies and binaural beats.
Binaural Beats work by hearing different sound frequencies in each ear, making the brain perceive a single “third” beat matching the mathematical difference between them. The electrical activity of your brain cells (neurons) attempts to line up or resonate with this perceived beat frequency helping both sides of the brain balance.
Frequencies found in the music promote a variety of states.
Delta (1–4 Hz): Linked to deep, dreamless sleep and physical healing.
Theta (4–8 Hz): Associated with deep meditation, drowsiness, and light sleep.
Alpha (8–13 Hz): Promotes a calm, relaxed, yet alert state of mind.

Eucalyptus Steam Sauna

This modality is perfect for those who need a solution for muscle recovery, lowering cortisol, respiratory relief or deep relaxation. The combination of wet heat with Eucalyptol helps give temporary relief from allergies or sinusitis. Inhaling the crisp aroma refreshes the senses, clears mental tiredness and calms the nervous system.
In a 2008 study, researchers found that eucalyptus enhances phagocytosis and reduces levels of inflammatory cytokines. In simpler terms, it increases your immune cell’s ability to fight germs. By reducing cytokines, which are directly associated with inflammation that are produced by some immune cells this helps with immune function. A 20217 study found that Eucalyptol also affects your innate immune cells, specifically macrophages. This ingredient in the modality also contains cineole, which helps your immune system fight off infections with it’s antimicrobial properties.
